UK free Delivery on order over £30

UK STANDARD DELIVERY (3-5 working days) – £1.99
All orders purchased before 4pm GMT Monday – Friday are normally dispatched within 3-5 working days

UK EXPRESS DELIVERY (2-3 working days) – £2.99
Please note orders placed before 3.30pm Monday – Friday will be delivered on the next day or following day, 3 days maximum,  (excluding Bank Holidays & weekends).

EU SHIPPING: Please allow 5 -10 working days to receive your order.
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING : Once shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please note customs duties may apply.

Returns & Exchange

Due to hygiene reason earrings can not be returned or exchanged.
If accessories arrive damaged or faulty you must contact us via email with the related order number within 72 hours of your order arriving. A suitable replacement pair will be arranged for delivery once the faulty pair are received or photo evidence is provided.

We ask that you double check your order whilst shopping as once the order has been shipped we are unable to amend.

EXCHANGE
